MSU STRIDE (Services, Training, and Research for Independence and Desired Employment) Center

STRIDE is a Center at Michigan State University designed to support and train underserved individuals with disabilities (e.g., physical, mental, neurological, intellectual, and developmental disabilities), their families, and other community stakeholders.

Training

Project FUTURE is a doctoral leadership program that is a partnership among MSU and PSU. This program focuses on preparing leaders in the fields of special education and rehabilitation counseling with a focus on transition research and pre-service preparation to improve post-school outcomes for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities from underserved communities.


Research

We believe in the transformative power of knowledge. We have been conducting different research and transferring the knowledge into practice.
